Zack Wilmot

Zack Wilmot is a highly skilled technology and facilities engineer with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as the National Facilities & Technology Engineer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation since April 2021, Zack has successfully led office setups, managed technology implementations, and resolved escalated vendor issues, significantly reducing operational downtime. Previously, as an IT systems analyst, Zack handled a high volume of technical support interactions and improved IT documentation, resulting in reduced support requests.
