Fairway Lawns and Command Pest Control
Hayley Conner is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at Fairway Lawns and Command Pest Control, responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition efforts for 20 brands across over 70 locations in the Southeastern, Central, and Midwestern United States since December 2021. Conner is also a certified aPHR and serves as a Human Resources Business Partner for Fairway Lawns dba Rainscapes Irrigation. Prior to this role, Conner worked as a Patient Services Manager at Blount Memorial Hospital from June 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with culinary and healthcare teams to ensure patient dietary needs, managing a team of supervisors and technicians, implementing lean strategies for efficiency, and navigating challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conner earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018.
