Reena Bhatt

Reena Bhatt, CIR has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Reena currently works at ASRC Federal as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they manage and leads a team of recruiters for a Missile solution program in the Defense and Intelligence sector. Prior to this, Reena worked at Emtec Inc. as a Senior Recruiting Consultant. Reena also held a managerial position at Deloitte, where they managed requisitions and performed full life cycle recruiting for cybersecurity roles while leading a team of contract recruiters. Reena has had a long tenure at IBM, starting as a Recruiter and progressing to roles such as Global Acquisition Hiring Partner, Global Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, Lead Recruitment Partner, and Senior Recruiter for the SAP practice. Additionally, they worked at Emtec, Inc. as a Recruiting Manager and at Answerthink Consulting Group as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Reena has a wealth of experience in recruiting high-volume talent, managing teams, and implementing global recruitment strategies.

Reena Bhatt, CIR, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Public Relations from Syracuse University in the years 1990 to 1994. Reena has also obtained additional certifications, including an AIRS Certification, CIR from ADP in July 2020, a Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in 2020, and an IBM AGILE EXPLORER certification from IBM in 2018.
