Randi Ertz, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Randi is currently serving as a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Mercova Media since August 2015. Prior to this, they served as a COO, VP of Operations and Marketing/Product Development, and Director of Marketing at eTechnologies, Inc. between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, Randi has experience as a Digital Marketing Director at Fairway Lawns and Command Pest Control since 2023. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Marketing Manager at LostnScanned and as a Digital Marketing Specialist & Web Developer during their consulting years. Randi also worked as a Data Analyst at DeVry University in 2008. Throughout their career, Randi has acquired expertise in digital marketing, web development, data analysis, and leadership roles.

Randi Ertz, MBA completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Marketing, and Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago in the years 2004 to 2007. Randi then pursued their Masters degree in MBA, Information Systems from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2008 to 2009.
