Rod Fletcher

Rod Fletcher is the current Director at FAIRWAYiQ. Prior to their current position, Rod was with Jennus Innovation Corporation, The Epiphany School, USULTRA, LLC, and Tenacre Country Day School. Rod has been in the finance industry for over 20 years, starting their career in investment banking with State Street and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Rod later became the CFO for Mulberry Preschools Inc. and City Sports. In their most recent position before FAIRWAYiQ, Rod was the Director of Finance for Tenacre Country Day School. In this role, Rod managed the business affairs of the school and oversaw all financial operations. Rod was also a critical member of several Board Committees, including Finance, Benefits, Buildings & Grounds, Health & Safety, Investment and Green. Rod successfully implemented a long-range strategic plan during their time at Tenacre.

Rod Fletcher has an MBA in finance from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in economics from Stanford University.
