Charleene Johnson

Charleene Johnson has a diverse professional background in customer service and financial services. Currently employed at FAIRWINDS Credit Union since May 2018, Charleene holds positions as a Collector I and a Member Service Representative in the Call Center, with previous experience as a Summer Ambassador intern. Prior to this, Charleene worked at Big Lots Stores from November 2013 to May 2018 in customer service roles. Educationally, Charleene earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida between 2017 and 2019, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Indian River State College from 2014 to 2016.
