Bob van Baren

Bob Van Baren is an experienced Executive Administrator at Faith Church since September 2021, and serves as a Church Consultant, Coach, and Founder at Vision 2-10 since July 2015. With 18 years of ministry and non-profit experience, Bob specializes in organizational development, leadership coaching, and strategic planning, assisting pastors with plateaued or declining churches. Prior roles include Director of Development at Calvin Christian School, where Bob enhanced communications and increased funding for various projects, and Director of Youth and Adult Programs at Palos Community Church, where Bob built an influential leadership team. Bob holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bethel University, a Certificate in Employee Training and Development from Moraine Valley Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Purdue University Northwest.
