Lisa Amaya, MBA, has extensive experience in business operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Faith Church since October 2021, Lisa previously held the position of Guest Services Director at the same organization from June 2006 to September 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Trainer at Wachovia - Mortgage from December 2002 to September 2006 and as a Store Director at Babies"R"Us from January 1996 to August 2002. Academically, Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the same institution.
