William "Joe" Fallon, RCDD, ESS, PSP, CISSP has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to security and construction services. William “Joe” is currently the Director of Security and Construction Services at Faith Group, LLC, where they oversee security and construction projects. Prior to that, they served as a Security Solutions Manager and Senior System Designer at the same company.

Before joining Faith Group, LLC, Fallon worked as a Security Consultant at Fallon Security Design and as a Systems Engineer at ieSmartSystems, L.L.C. William “Joe” also gained experience as a Project Manager at INTEGRATED COMMAND SOFTWARE INC, where they were responsible for project management, testing, and integration of C3 software packages.

Earlier in their career, Fallon served as a Project Manager at INTERCONTINENTAL TERMINALS COMPANY (ITC) and ACCESS SECURITY CONCEPTS (ASC), where they managed various security projects and provided training and consultation.
