Richard Scott

Richard Scott has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Currently, they serve as the Deputy Division Director of Health Services at Carver County Health & Human Services, overseeing the Public Health & Behavioral Health Departments. Richard is also the President of the Local Public Health Association and the President of the Church Council at Faith Lutheran Church. Prior to that, they pursued graduate work in faith formation and congregational leadership at Luther Seminary from 2001 to 2003.
