Kaitlyn Koziol

Kaitlyn Koziol has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaitlyn began their career as a Bank Teller at Cornerstone Bank in 2016, where they handled customer transactions and provided personalized service. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Sandhills Publishing, where they analyzed customers' needs and organized distribution trips. In 2018, Kaitlyn joined Swanson Russell as a Media Coordinator, tracking invoices and analyzing digital statistics for 32 clients. Kaitlyn later became a Media Coordinator/Buyer, negotiating media buys and creating reports for clients. Currently, Kaitlyn serves as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Faith Regional Health Services, leading the marketing team and overseeing strategic initiatives. Their roles prior to becoming the Director included working as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Coordinator. Through their work experiences, Kaitlyn has developed strong skills in marketing, customer service, and digital media.

Kaitlyn Koziol completed their Bachelor of Science in Business degree, specializing in Marketing and Management, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Kaitlyn attended the university from 2015 to 2018.
