Kathryn McNea possesses extensive experience in board services management and corporate administration across various sectors. Currently serving as the Board Services Manager, Board Secretary, and Corporate Secretary for Serenia Life Financial since October 2018, Kathryn plays a key role in executive leadership and the development of corporate initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Prior to this, Kathryn provided governance support to several clients, including Your Credit Union and SOCAN, while at Virtual Workflow Solutions from November 2015 to September 2018. Experience also includes roles at Kerry's Place Autism Services, CLB Media, Southam News Of Canada, and earlier positions with notable companies such as Warner Lambert and Proctor & Gamble. Kathryn's educational background includes studies at Conestoga College and the Schulich School of Business at York University. Additionally, Kathryn co-produced award-winning children's television programs for over 25 years, marking a significant contribution to media.
