Jason Middleton is an experienced managing partner and operations leader in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner at MiddieCorp LLC dba McAlister's Deli and Fajita Pete's, responsibilities include overseeing operations since March 2022 and August 2017, respectively. Jason also holds the title of Vice President of Operations at Ft. Bend Fajitas LLC dba Fajita Pete's since July 2017. Previously, Jason was the Owner of Jimmy John’s (Coastal Restaurant Group LLC) from May 2015 to December 2017 and served as Director of Operations at McAlister's Deli (Corporation) from January 2001 to May 2015. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
