Gerben Roosendaal

Gerben Roosendaal is an experienced developer currently working as an Ontwikkelaar at Fakton Development since April 2019, where responsibilities include creating and realizing urban development projects with a focus on financial expertise. Previously, Gerben held the position of Voorzitter of the Fresh Carrière Monitor Commissie 2020 at FRESH Students from July 2020 to February 2021, and served as a Klantadviseur at Rabobank Groep from July 2017 to April 2019. Additional experiences include roles in company relations at SERVICE Study Association, an internship in project development at Woonpartners Midden-Holland, and a real estate internship at ERA De Koning Makelaardij. Gerben holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and furthered education at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2016 to 2019.
