Sushant Kumar

Sushant Kumar is a seasoned technology professional with over 17 years of experience in engineering management and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Falabella India since May 2021, Sushant previously held the position of Technical Architect at JCPenney, where contributions included the development of the omnichannel platform's cart and checkout system to enhance customer experiences. Sushant also worked as an Associate Architect at JCPenney, focusing on optimizing coupon systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Publicis Sapient, where Sushant contributed to the development of the Cartwheel application and redesign of Target's e-commerce website.
