Heiko Weibel

Heiko Weibel is an experienced professional in the real estate and property management sector, currently serving as a Dozent at EBZ - Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft since January 2024. Simultaneously, Weibel holds the position of Regionalpartner for FALC Immobilien in both Recklinghausen and Herten, roles commenced in August 2021. As Geschäftsführer at Alpha Weg GmbH since September 2016, Weibel has also pursued continuous education, recently completing a degree as ESG-Manager at DGNB Akademie in May 2024. Weibel previously earned degrees as a Geprüfter Immobilienfachwirt (IHK) and Immobilienmakler (IHK) from EBZ Business School from 2019 to 2021, and holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsjurist (FH) in Immobilien from Westfälische Hochschule.
