Matias Utzon Minddal

Matias Utzon Minddal is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate & Commercial Legal and Senior Director at Falck since June 2020. In this role, Matias leads the Corporate Legal & Compliance team, focusing on strategic initiatives and team cohesion. Previously, Matias held positions as Lead Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at Falck, where responsibilities included serving as the primary legal contact for the Fire Services business and developing an innovative contract review tool. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney and Corporate Legal Counsel at TDC Group, leading legal matters for joint ventures and partnerships, as well as contributing to complex litigation cases at Bruun & Hjejle. Matias holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
