Sumit Malviya

Sumit Malviya is currently the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Falcon Autotech, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Sumit served as the Director of HR at DealShare and the Vice President of Human Resources at LocoNav. Sumit has extensive experience in HR leadership, having held positions such as Associate Director at Cipla and Deputy General Manager at JCB, where they managed compensation and performance management initiatives. Educated at XLRI with a PGD-PMIR, Sumit is pursuing a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science.
