Rachel Resnick

Rachel Resnick serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at PAR Systems since February 2020, following a role as Vice President, Head of Human Resources. Prior to PAR Systems, Rachel held several leadership positions at Collins Aerospace, including Director of Human Resources for Sensors & Fire Protection, and Associate Director of Human Resources for Rosemount Aerospace. Rachel also served as Director of Human Resources at DIRECTV, providing strategic HR support to a diverse client base. Earlier experience includes senior HR roles at Pfizer, where responsibilities encompassed change management and the integration of acquired organizations, as well as foundational HR roles in various companies. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Services from The George Washington University.
