Leila Gjika, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to human resources. Leila currently holds the position of Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Harbinger Health, a company focused on early cancer detection. Prior to this, Leila served as the Director of Human Resources at Ultivue, a provider of multiplex biomarker assays for tissue phenotyping. Leila also worked at Munters as the AirTech-Site Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, where they provided climate solutions for mission-critical processes. Leila has extensive experience in the medical industry, having served as the Head of HR, People & Culture for Dutch Ophthalmic USA and MicroVision Inc., as well as the Human Resources Consulting Lead at Peak Business Consultants, LLC. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at NEEBCo - New England Employee Benefits Co., Inc., and held various roles at CIGNA Healthcare, including Provider Relations Representative, Client Services Representative- Group Sales, and Enrollment Analyst. Leila's expertise lies in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee development, and client relations.

Leila Gjika, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Management, from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, in February 2019, Leila obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
