Leila Gjika, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to human resources. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at NEEBCo - New England Employee Benefits Co., Inc., and held various roles at CIGNA Healthcare, including Provider Relations Representative, Client Services Representative- Group Sales, and Enrollment Analyst. Leila Gjika, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Management, from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, in February 2019, Leila obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
