Constanse M. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting within the oil, freight, and energy sectors. Currently serving as Director for EMEA and APAC Oil & Freight at Falcon Brook Search, Constanse also holds positions as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board of Directors at Den Norske Klub, and Council Member at the Young Professional Network - Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce. A former MENA Lead and Senior Consultant at Principal Search, Constanse's past roles include a trainee position in Political Affairs and Defence at the Norwegian Embassy in Washington, D.C.
