Kathy McFarland

Kathy McFarland is an experienced retail management professional with a robust background in overseeing operations and driving growth. Currently serving as Field Supervisor at Falcon Farms Inc since August 2020, Kathy has previously held key roles including Regional Manager at Lori's Gifts from January 2008 to August 2020, managing 72 gift shop locations across multiple states and driving significant annual revenue growth.
