Steve Dalton OBE CDir FIoD(Dip) CCMI is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy within various organizations. Currently serving as the Coach Education Leadership Consultant and Chair of the Board of Directors at the Football Association of Wales since August 2016, Dalton also holds positions as Founding Partner at Sunrise Leaders LLP and Advisory Board Member at Falcon Group since April 2023. Additionally, Dalton acts as Chair of the Wales Beacon Group for EVO Ultra, and has previously contributed as an Executive Advisor at Sony Europe BV. from October 2022 to March 2023, following a long tenure as Managing Director at Sony UK Technology Centre, overseeing worldwide manufacturing of broadcast and professional camera systems.
