Renae Grimestad has worked in various roles since 1999. Renae began their career as a Cake Decorator/Bakeshop Assistant Manager at Jewel Food Stores in 1999. In 2006, they joined Kirsten's Danish Bakery as a Cake Decorator/Bakery Staff. Later that same year, they took on the role of Pastry Lead at Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus. In 2014, Renae moved to BCS Financial Corporation where they worked as a Staff Accountant. Most recently, they have been employed as a Senior Accountant at Falcon Insurance Group LLC since 2017.

Renae Grimestad's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Benedictine University (2013-2014), a Pastry Chef Certificate in Baking and Pastry from The Culinary Institute of America (2005-2006), and an Associate Degree in Food Service Administration from College of DuPage (2001-2003).
