Roger Beck has been in the insurance industry since 1993. Roger began their career as an Underwriting Manager at Coronet Insurance Company, where they were responsible for customer service and policy processing for the personal auto business. In 1997, they moved to Firemans Fund Insurance Company / Interstate Insurance Co. as an Executive Underwriter. Roger then joined Allstate Insurance / Deerbrook in 1998 as a Product Manager, where they performed market research and pricing for personal auto products distributed through independent agents. In 2000, they joined Lincoln General Insurance Company as a Vice President, where they were responsible for the development and management of new personal auto programs. In 2003, they were appointed President & CEO of American Country Insurance Company, where they stabilized the company by improving pricing and reserving discipline. In 2009, they joined Kingsway America as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer, where they managed a successful voluntary run-off of P&C business. In 2011, they became President & COO of KAI Advantage Auto, where they identified an opportunity to save a $25M personal auto insurance business and developed a strategy to rebuild the business. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Director at 1347 Capital Partners, providing support to the CEO, evaluating insurance related business opportunities, and identifying the best candidates for capital investment and/or acquisition. Since 2014, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Falcon Insurance Group LLC.

Roger Beck obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1988. In 2013, they obtained a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent certification from the state of Illinois.
