Brandon Voit

Brandon Voit, MBA, has a broad range of experience in various management roles within the retail industry. Brandon is currently the Market President at Falcon National Bank since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at JCPenney as a General Manager from August 2018 to February 2021. From November 2014 to August 2018, they served as a Store Manager at Herberger's. Brandon also worked at Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Store Manager from November 2010 to November 2014, and at American Eagle Outfitters as a Store Manager from June 2007 to November 2009.

Brandon Voit completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Governors University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from St. Cloud State University, with a major in Marketing and minors in Business Law and Advertising. In terms of certifications, Brandon obtained a TTF Culture Transformation certification from Partners In Leadership in May 2013. Brandon also acquired certifications in 5 Choices "Extraordinary Productivity" and Situational Leadership (LBAII and SLII) from FranklinCovey and The Ken Blanchard Companies, respectively, in February 2013. Additionally, they received a certification in "Leading at the Speed of Trust" from FranklinCovey in April 2011.
