Dana Walsh Sivak

Dana Walsh Sivak is an experienced attorney specializing in Elder Law, Litigation, and Cannabis law. Currently serving as a Partner and Chair of the Elder Law Practice Group at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP since August 2022, Dana represents clients across various legal practice areas. Previously, Dana held the position of Senior Associate at Cona Elder Law from March 2012 to August 2022, leading the Cannabis Compliance Practice Group and representing health care facilities on litigation and Medicaid-related matters. Dana's early career includes roles as a Law Clerk at Catholic Health Services, a Student Attorney at Saint John's University School of Law Child Advocacy Clinic, and various legal positions at the New York County and Queens County District Attorney's Offices.
