Ruth Kraft

Ruth Kraft is an experienced attorney and counselor specializing in employment and labor law, currently serving as a Partner at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ruth was a Partner at Vigorito, Barker, Porter & Patterson, LLP, where expertise was focused on management-side employment litigation. Ruth has also held the position of Of Counsel at Bartlett, McDonough & Monaghan, LLP, and served as a Judge at the New York State Department of Labor, gaining valuable experience in employment classification and audits. Additionally, Ruth chaired the Employment Law Group at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C.
