Leandro Mineti

Leandro Mineti has a strong background in data science and AI, with experience in various roles at different companies. Leandro is currently the Data & AI Director at Falconi, leading a team of over 60 data professionals and integrating AI technology with management solutions. Prior to this, they were the Data & AI Senior Manager at Falconi, where they managed a team of 50+ data professionals and established technical relationships with business partners and academia. Leandro also served as a Lead Data Scientist at Falconi, leading a team of 15 data professionals and developing technical processes for intelligent systems. Before joining Falconi, Leandro worked as a Data Scientist at Exemplaria Solutions, where they devised data science solutions for clients and applied machine learning techniques to solve business problems. Leandro also gained experience as a Data Science Intern at Nexer Labs, where they performed data analysis, developed an R package, and created interactive dashboards using Shiny.

Leandro Mineti has a Master's degree in Stochastic Modeling and Simulation from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the same university in 2017. In 2013, Leandro also participated in an exchange program at Politecnico di Torino, where they studied Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Leandro has an additional certification in Generative AI with Large Language Models, which they obtained in 2024 from DeepLearning.AI and Amazon Web Services.
