Matt McCabe

Matthew McCabe has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Matthew currently works at Falconi as a Principal Director, starting in September 2022. Matthew also held the positions of Team Leader from June 2021 to January 2023, Senior Consultant from April 2019 to June 2021, and Senior Consultant from September 2018 to April 2019 at the same company.

Prior to their time at Falconi, Matthew worked as a Senior Consultant (Summer) at FALCONI Consultants for Results in 2017. Matthew also had a significant role at Musco Lighting starting in November 2013, where they focused on key account sales and business development in Europe. During this time, they successfully implemented over 30 projects in 8 countries, led negotiations for LED arena lighting systems in 3 countries, and secured Musco's first European airport lighting contract. Additionally, they played a role in selling Musco's first shipping terminal project using LED technology, with 75% of projects being first-time Musco clients. Matthew also served as a Sales Executive at Musco Lighting from June 2010 to December 2013.

Earlier in their career, they worked in government affairs at the National Hispanic Medical Association from June 2009 to August 2009. Their responsibilities included conducting research, reporting to the CEO/President, composing presentations, contributing to briefings and conferences, and assisting in event organization and maintaining contact information with congressional staff.

Matthew McCabe earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General with Consulting from IESE Business School between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Loyola University New Orleans from 2006 to 2010, where they majored in International Business with a minor in Spanish. Matthew graduated with honors, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained a DIEN - Business Spanish Diploma Level B2 from the Council of Europe.
