Neuza Chaves

Neuza Chaves is a member of Falconi´s People Committee. With a master degree in Professional Administration (FPL) and Executive Coaching, she is a largely respected consultant and author of books in the field of Education and Leadership and Team Development. She worked at Falconi for 19 years as a consultant and, prior to that, was a Quality and Management Manager at Petrobras, the Brazilian oil company where she worked along 20 years. Since 2017, she is also an advisor for special projects carried on by Falconi.
