Pedro Folim

Pedro Folim has a strong background in software and data engineering. Pedro currently holds the position of Head of Cloud, Software, and Data Engineering at Falconi, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, Pedro worked as an Advisor at Dayway from January 2023. From August 2021 to July 2022, they served as the Head of Software and Data Engineering at triggo.ai. Pedro also has significant experience at SysMap Solutions, where they held various roles including Software Engineering Manager, Lead Technology Architect, and Senior Technology Architect from 2012 to 2021. Pedro co-founded Fretget in October 2013 and worked there until June 2020. Earlier in their career, Pedro held positions as a Senior System Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard and Diebold Procomp, a System Software Engineer at Accenture, and a System Software Engineer at IBM. Pedro started their career as a Mechatronic Technician/Developer at Centro Tecnológico da Marinha em São Paulo from April 2004 to January 2009.

Pedro Folim graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Analysis from Anhanguera Educacional in 2010. Pedro also completed a technical degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control Engineering at ETEC Sales Gomes in 2004. Pedro has obtained several certifications including "Leadership in Innovation" from MIT Professional Education in 2023, "Origins of Life in the Cosmic Context" from Coursera in 2020, "API Foundation" from Sensedia in 2016, and "Urban Mobility Entrepreneur" from Startup Weekend Google in 2015.
