Marketing Manager: Advertising & Branding at Falconi

Postgraduate in Communication and Digital Design, Stephanie Kromer joined Falconi in 2021 and became its Marketing Manager in 2023. Her Marketing career began in 2012 as a Marketing analyst and Product developer at Nipam Gold, a beauty products company. In 2014, she joined steel company Neolider as a Marketing analyst and, four years later, she joined Saint-Gobain Brasil, as a Digital Marketing and Digital Channels analyst.

Saint-Gobain was a milestone at Stephanie's professional journey: working with powerful brands such as Quartzolit, Brasilit, Placo, and Isover, she was responsible for strategy and monitoring of digital campaigns performance (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Search, and Display). Her solid performance and consistent results led to an invitation to join the leading Brazilian consulting firm Falconi.

With project management skills and a passion for managing people, she rose in the ranks of Falconi from analyst to coordinator and then manager, with a pivotal role in giving rhythm and body to the various actions of the strategic marketing plan.

Stephanie holds a BA in Advertising, she became postgraduated in Communication and Digital Design by ESPM-SP (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing de São Paulo) in 2018.
