Carmen Ramage is a seasoned professional in Information Technology with over 25 years of technical and managerial experience. Currently a Business Process Analyst at Falconwood, Incorporated since November 2019, Carmen previously served as the Director of IT Support at Dominion Enterprises from November 1992 to April 2019, where responsibilities included software selection, implementation, Help Desk administration, and corporate contracts management. Earlier career experience includes managing the composition department at the Virginian Pilot/Landmark Communications from April 1985 to November 1992. Carmen's education includes multiple certificates in Cyber Incident Response and Rapid Application Development from Infotec and George Mason University, respectively, along with training from Thomas Nelson Community College and Norfolk Technical Vocational Center.
