Jie Gao

Jie Gao is a seasoned product manager and quantitative analyst with extensive experience in financial services, particularly in crypto derivatives and equity swaps. At FalconX, Jie Gao currently leads the development of the first CFTC-regulated crypto swap dealer and has successfully launched a derivatives client portal and APIs. Prior experience includes roles at Morgan Stanley, where Jie Gao significantly enhanced equity swap workflows and grew the business substantially while reducing costs. Other roles span quantitative risk analysis, data analytics, and equity research, contributing to improvements in risk reporting and investment analysis. Jie Gao holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics.
