Stéphane Kuo has a diverse work experience in the financial industry, starting in 2011. Stéphane worked as a Functional Analyst at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking from March 2011 to October 2015. From December 2015 to August 2016, they served as a Team Leader at Manulife Asset Management. During their time there, they also worked as a Product Analyst from August 2016 to April 2017, supporting an initiative to provide a LDI offering for Manulife/John Hancock US & Canada. Stéphane then joined BNP Paribas as a Senior Business Analyst in April 2017, where they remained until September 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Product Owner at PSP Investments, starting in September 2019.
Stéphane KUO's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Lycée Paul Gauguin and obtained a Baccalauréat (French Baccalaureate) degree, which is equivalent to GCSE A-levels. From 2005 to 2008, Stéphane pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Computer Science at Pierre and Marie Curie University. In 2008, they enrolled in EFREI - Grande école du numérique, where they completed a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in French IT Engineering. During their studies at EFREI, Stéphane took part in an exchange program at the University of Ottawa in 2010, focusing on Computer Science.
In terms of additional certifications, Stéphane obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2013. They also attained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in January 2022.
