Niall Hogan (PMP)

Niall Hogan (PMP) has over 16 years of professional experience in the fields of project management, millwork design, and carpentry/joinery. Niall currently serves as Project Manager/Millwork Master Designer at Falkbuilt Ltd., a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they were the Millwork Product Platform Lead at Evans Consoles - Designs & Equips Mission Critical Operations from 2015 to 2022. In this role, they provided product platform direction and leadership to support product standardization and continuous improvement, and served as the primary point of contact for all internal and external groups in terms of providing technical expertise. Niall also provided ongoing training, mentoring, and quality management to the Millwork Design Department and Modeling Team members on product solutions, process, systems, and standards. Lastly, from 2006 to 2010, Niall Hogan was a Carpenter/Joiner at David Flynn Ltd., where they were responsible for all aspects of commercial and residential joinery, fitted furniture, and cabinet making, and specialized in the manufacture and fitting of traditional and contemporary Irish Bars (public houses).
