Joel Frisch

Joel Frisch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Joel serves as Co-Founder and COO of Falkin since January 2025. Previously, Joel held the position of VP of Growth at Clair, where the focus was on creating financial freedom for America's workforce. Joel spent nearly nine years at Prodigy Finance as VP of Global Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, contributing to over $2.5 billion in funding for talented individuals worldwide. Earlier roles include Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at PrimePay, where Joel drove growth to support over 15,000 SMBs, and Co-founder/VP of Business Development at ReadySetWork!, a SaaS company that enhanced employee engagement. Joel's experience also encompasses financial services at UBS and entrepreneurship as a franchisee of Pita Pit USA. Joel holds a BS in Finance, Labor & Industrial Relations, and International Relations from Penn State University and has studied at FSU London.
