Michael McPhie

Michael McPhie is an accomplished leader in the resource and environmental sectors, currently serving as Chief Projects Officer at Regeneration since November 2024, where Michael spearheads sustainable delivery of critical minerals and ecosystem restoration. As Executive Chairman and Founding Partner at Falkirk Environmental Consultants Ltd. since January 2019, McPhie provides strategic advisory services to resource companies worldwide. Previously, McPhie has held significant positions including Chair of the Board at Ridley Terminals Inc. and Executive Chairman at IDM Mining Ltd., where Michael led successful environmental assessments.
