Mónica Díaz

Mónica Díaz is a seasoned professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as Leadership Development Manager at Fall Creek® since July 2024. Previously, Mónica held the position of Americas Head Talent Management at AIMS International from May 2021 to July 2024, where cross-border business opportunities were maximized and regional projects led. Prior to that, Mónica developed the Talent Management business line at Díaz Morones, culminating in the consolidation of the Business Unit in 2020. Earlier roles include contributions to talent acquisition and management at AIMS International México and Grupo Omnilife. Mónica holds degrees in Organizational and Human Development, Executive Coaching, and Industrial Relations from esteemed institutions.
