Alicia Ernst

Alicia Ernst is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in project management across various sectors. Since January 2011, Alicia has been with Fallon Community Health Plan, specializing in project management. Prior experience includes roles as a project management consultant at ClientView LLC, management consultant at HealthEMaps, and director of volunteers at the Project Management Institute. Alicia has also provided consultancy services for manufacturing processes at Washington Mills and offered relocation assistance for IOR Global Services. Alicia's career began at Alcatel, managing large-scale telecommunication projects for major clients.
