Karrie Soltys has extensive experience in product management and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management and previously as the Medicare Product Manager at Fallon Health since April 2019, Karrie focuses on developing and managing health products. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Retiree Benefits for the City of Boston, where responsibilities included overseeing retiree health benefits and supervising staff. Karrie’s earlier career at Fallon Health as an Account Manager involved managing over 300 employer accounts and implementing growth strategies. Karrie's professional background also includes serving as a Senior Product Manager at Small Business Service Bureau, Inc. and as a Benefit Account Representative at Consolidated Group, Inc. Karrie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Becker College and an Administration Certification from Mount Wachusett Community College.
