Vice President Talent Management at Fallon Health

Linda StJohn has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Linda began their career at Fallon Clinic in 1988 as a Director of People Management, a role they held for 15 years. In 2004, they joined Fallon Community Health Plan as a Senior Director of Human Resources, where they worked for five years. In 2010, they returned to Fallon Health as the VP of Human Resources, and later became the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. During their time at Fallon Health, Linda was responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and HRIS. In 2015, they started their own company, LSJ Leadership Coaching LLC, where they served as the Principal until 2018. Linda then returned to Fallon Health as the Vice President of Talent Management.

Linda StJohn has a diverse education history. In 1984 to 1986, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations/Journalism from Utica College. Following that, from 1995 to 2000, Linda pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Anna Maria College.

Linda continued their education by completing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College in 2009 to 2010. Later, in 2014, they obtained a Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute.

In 2015 to 2016, Linda StJohn attended William James College again and earned a Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching. Additionally, they hold certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute, obtained in September 2012, and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute), obtained in May 2005.

Lastly, Linda has obtained a Certification in Leadership Solutions from CCL, although the specific time period for this certification is not mentioned.
