Todd Bailey

Todd Bailey is Fallon Health’s Chief Financial Officer and has more than 28 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Bailey is responsible for the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, strategic cost analysis, actuarial and underwriting, medical economics, network development and management, and risk adjustment and analytics.

Bailey joined Fallon from Health Plans, Inc., a Harvard Pilgrim Health Care company, where he led finance, information technology, compliance, and regulatory functions as Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Bailey served 16 years with Fallon Health in various leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Senior Care Services.

Bailey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State University and Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University.
