Amanda Newcomb

Amanda Newcomb is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in both the educational and sports sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Joyful Tennis and Joy Field Hockey, Amanda has demonstrated leadership and innovation in promoting athletic programs. Amanda currently serves as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Outschool and has held various teaching roles, including Long Term Substitute Teacher and Algebra I Teacher within Falls Church City and Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Additionally, Amanda has a robust background in athletics as a Head Field Hockey Coach and a Tennis Professional at Top Notch Tennis. Amanda holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Virginia, where notable achievements included participation in the varsity field hockey team and the Jubilate Christian Choir.
