Jim Ciandella has extensive experience in sales and market strategy, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and National Account Sales Manager at FallTech since July 2015. In this role, Jim leads the development of sales representatives and the marketing of fall protection products across various industries, contributing to FallTech's reputation as a leading manufacturer compliant with ISO/IEC standard 17025:2005. Prior to FallTech, Jim worked at Honeywell Safety Products from 1997 to July 2015 as a Construction Specialist and National Account Sales Manager. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from California State University, Chico, earned between 1987 and 1991.
