Fadi Al Khatib has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Fadi started their career as a Store Manager at Alshaya Group in 2004, where they focused on maximizing sales and reducing loss while maintaining compliance with company policies. Fadi then moved on to become an Area Sales Manager at Fawaz Alhokair Group Fashion Retail, where they were responsible for delivering sales across multiple retail stores. Fadi later joined Retail Group-Jordan as a Brand Manager, overseeing shop openings, recruitment, and training programs. After that, Fadi worked as a Senior Consultant at Arab Bank, where they provided consulting services. Fadi then joined The Heart of Europe as a Sales Director and later moved to fäm Properties Dubai, where they currently hold the position of Head of Sales. Fadi has a proven track record in sales, team management, and achieving targets.
Fadi Al Khatib completed a Diploma in Business Organization and Environment, Effective Business Communication, Human Resource, and Marketing from the University of Cambridge in 2009-2010. In 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Professional Trainer from the Arab Board for Consultancy & Training. Additionally, in 1997-1999, Fadi completed a Diploma in MCSE, Microsoft Certified System Engineer from New Horizons of Minnesota.
