Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, while previously owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
