Sarah Nadeau-Balducci

Sarah Nadeau-Balducci has a diverse work experience. Sarah began their career as a Child Wrangler for Disney Theatrical Group, where they supervised child actors and managed parent relationships. Sarah then worked as a Research Assistant at the National Center for Schools and Communities, conducting research studies in NYC elementary schools.

Sarah later joined Monster.com DLP as a National Training Team Manager and Facilitator, where they trained and managed a team of facilitators. Following that, they served as the Founding Educational Outreach Coordinator/Facilitator at the Museum of Tolerance-NY, where they directed outreach programs on civil and human rights.

Moving forward, Sarah worked as the Editor In Chief for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, a prestigious legal publication focused on arts, entertainment, and intellectual property law. Sarah was recognized for the journal's scholarly impact.

Sarah then transitioned to the legal field, starting as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, prosecuting various crimes. Sarah later joined BNP Paribas as a Vice President, overseeing regulatory examinations and engaging directly with regulators.

Sarah then moved on to the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, serving as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Public Corruption Bureau. Sarah conducted investigations, wrote appellate briefs, and argued before appellate courts. Sarah was also cross-designated as a Special Assistant US Attorney to EDNY on multiple matters.

Currently, Sarah is the Deputy General Counsel at the Finance Authority of Maine, where they serve as in-house counsel, focusing on education products and commercial lending.

Sarah Nadeau-Balducci holds a J.D. degree in Law with a concentration in Litigation from Cardozo School of Law. Sarah also obtained an M.P.A. degree in Public Administration from Baruch College. Additionally, Sarah has a B. Mus. degree in Vocal Performance from New England Conservatory of Music.
