Andrew Bos

Andrew Bos currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Stout, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include driving engagement for the organization’s fiscal year priorities and managing significant acquisitions. Previously, Andrew held the title of Associate General Counsel at both Stout and RGIS, overseeing legal and compliance initiatives and supporting various practice groups. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Legal Services at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, where participation in commercial, M&A, and litigation matters contributed to corporate growth. Andrew's legal career began as an Associate at Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, and also included representation of privately held businesses at David M. Thoms & Associates. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Western Michigan University.
